Amazing fresh out of the bucket. Super fluffy, stretchy and flowy. Kept my kid busy for 40 minutes which is unheard of, normal attention span is max 7 min. However, it lost its properties by the second playtime, even when sealed tight in original container. It is still good for play otherwise, just no longer slimy in texture. It stains surfaces also, it helps to cover the play area with a sand blanket Update: After sand has dried out, you can restore it to its original texture by adding the tiniest amount of water. The media could not be loaded. See my attached videos and photos to see the difference I had purchased a couple different sizes/colors to use in my preschool classroom for in a sensory bin this week. I bought both the 1.5LB bucket(blue raspberry scent) and the 3LB resealable bag (purple). The slimy sand in the BUCKET (scented kind) was perfect. It felt like kinetic sand, but was stretchy like slime. It held together nicely and was very moldable. It was not sticky and it did not fall apart. However!!!! The slimy sand in the bag did NOT stretch at all, it didn't even stay together, you couldn't mold it or do anything with it because it all fell apart. It was very grity, it felt AND LOOKED like there was sugar on my hands after I was finished handling it. It also left a mess behind on my counter, even though I never took it out of the bag. I handled it over the top of my hand with caution. I had gotten the 3LB bag so I could have 3 students at a time doing the sensory station with me, so it's disappointing that I am not able to use it. But, I am SO glad I bought the bucket! Might order another bucket, but will definitely be staying away from buying the big bags. See videos and photos to see the difference. ... show more

This slime is so amazing to play with and great for distraction and stress relief! Don’t put it on carpet! It does leave color on your hands but soap takes it off. Worth the purchase and I would buy more! Only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is the staining

Smells amazing, feels amazing, addicting, but then falls apart. This stuff was amazing for about an hour total then it kind of “deactivated” and stopped sticking together.. it became a real mess. I also noticed it kind of dyed my hands which resulted in having to scrub them after every use.

This is amazing! The smell is just amazing alone! It isn’t to strong where it sticks to you, but it makes the room smell delightful! The colors are vibrant & welcoming! It is a million times better than regular slime because well… gross who actually enjoys slime? I noticed that it does not dry out easily either! Only learned due to my toddler leaving it out constantly 😅 It stretches for a while without breaking, having the appearance for slime in a way but definitely sandy! Cleaning: I have LVT flooring so it’s super easy to sweep or vacuum it up! But if you have carpet- BEWARE! I do not know if it will be challenging, due to the sticky nature. This is so much better than Kinect Sand though! The sensory aspect alone is more fun and entertaining. The price is obviously a bit higher due to lack of toys that come with; however the feature of the smell that actually still smells good after even a month of playing (I have 2 extra large dogs even), & the uniqueness I think it’s worth the cost. ... show more

Santa brought a lot of stimulus toys this year, like playdoh, slime, squishy toys and this sand slime. The first thing the kids opened up were these sand slime buckets to play with, and I really didn't know what to expect. They have a very soft sand texture, not as gritty as moon sand though. It's very airy and light qhen you stretch it out, and compact in the container. It's not messy unless you rip it and a small piece falls off, but it's easily put back in its place. I keep stealing it from my kids to play with at night 😂 the texture is so cool and it's a great stress reliever. The only downside I've noticed so far is the very light sand residue, somewhat sticky on your hands when you're done, but it's like, the most mild thing ever. It's more of something you could wipe off with a baby wipe, no real need to wash your hands. The price point was great, it's a lot of sand slime for a pound and a half, and it smells good! I didn't realize it was scented lol. All in all, a great gift, especially if you have an autistic and/or adhd child. ... show more

Great product. Recommend over slime even I was entertained. Only downside if you have littles who still put things in their mouth then I’d say pass cause they will want to eat it based on smell. But overall great toy to keep kids emtertained. Great value for size
