Like others, I purchased this regulated DC supply to power currents thirsty ham radios and accessories. I've seen similar supplies being sold for less money. But since I've had great luck with other B-Tech purchases in the past, and have experienced the value added features B-Tech branded items have over even Baofeng's OEM offerings, plus the assurance that B-Tech's outgoing quality control is superior to even an OEM's, I confidently spent the extra fifteen bucks for the B-Tech 30 Amp DC supply. Very impressed with this power supply so far. It has been great and the noise canceling works well. I'm running a yaesu FT-920 and all is good! Only complaint is wish the power cord was longer.

Nice solid power supply, runs cool under load, stable voltage, voltage ripple is well within specifications - measured with an oscilloscope at around 15mv peak to peak with 0.7A load; no RFI detected on HF.
