I bought these the other day thinking it will be nice to have some 12" long spoons to be able to stir my morning coffee in my tall coffee mugs. I cannot say I put much thought into it, after all they are just spoons. But no, these are not just tall spoons, they are nice and heavy and very sturdy tall spoons. Got tired of my drink getting warm while sitting on my desk at work so I purchased one of those thermos mugs that was pretty tall. I usually use iced tea mix so this allows me to easily mix the drink in that tall mug. Looks nice, easy to use and clean and it came is a set of 2 for $7. Good value.
