The reviews expressed some concerns about the handle and quality, I found it to be well built, smooth functions, very quick fingerprint Identification and incredibly nice in appearance. I’m sure that someone who is looking to secure a highly expensive hoard, you may want something more traditional and expensive. But for day to day gun safety and various precious item security, this is ideal! Mine is hidden, but freestanding for easy access. However, with the pre drilled holes and a good stud finder, the safe will Mount very solid and virtually impossible to access without industrial equipment. Best of all, is that you can program many fingerprints to the unit easily. It’s precise, fast open and the inside is carpet lined. Thrilled I purchased it! We just purchased a second one for my son because it looks cool and he has a few items he wants to store. At 57 pounds, it’s easy to locate anywhere. I have zero complaints. ... show more

Works for the most part. Sometimes it doesn’t recognize the finger print accurately. I had wished I had gotten the other model without the dial or door piece.

The instruction manual is awful. The fingerprint reader would work, and then not work. Resetting the password is almost impossible. Maybe start by making something that works amazingly well and then make it look cool.

This safe is easily accessible for break ins. I’ve owned this safe for 4 months and it has been broken into 3 times. I would love to return it and get my money back, however, my window is closed. Do not buy.
