Would rate higher but only put together and did a few sit ups on haven’t fully tested but easy to assemble all tools included and seems very stable as well as good materials shouldn’t have any issues imo Update works great. Almost didn’t buy due to a review that said something about having to put weights on front feet to keep from tipping while using and I think they either set it up wrong, very heavy or are challenged. I bought this because reviews stated it's versatile for both tall and short. It turns out that it's kind of bad for both. Firstly, the location of the calf stay is too high for shorter people (my 5'2" wife, specifically), causing the pad to press directly onto the muscle, which makes it painful to use. Secondly, when extended to fit me, at 6'2" and 200 lbs, the whole thing simply pried apart within a year. This may be okay for medium-sized people but not for anyone at the extremes. ... show more

This was higher quality than I was expecting for the price. I did have to miter the support bar (with the seat on it) to make it fit to the straight bar. When it was welded they pulled it a bit too tight and they must not perform a test assembly. But all in all it was easy to assemble and sturdy. I saw that one reviewer said that he had to weigh down one side to be able to perform a situp. While we have not experienced that I think that it is fair to mention that my husband and I are not large people (he's the larger of the two of us and still weighs less than 140 lbs); so it could be that it is intended for a smaller person as the model demonstrating it was also small. ... show more
