Got this Bluetooth speaker on June 6th so I've had it about a week now and it's been perfect for me Has good bass and clear highs Mids are decent there's 2 EQ settings Normal Mode and Bass Mode Normal Mode Gives more dynamic sound and is louder than bass mode now For bass mode it adds more bass but makes the speaker a tad less loud but you can use a volume booster to fix that issue now for battery life I rarely have to charge it but it usually lasts 5 hours non stop playing with lights off 9 hours I noticed a reviewer say on android that the battery percentage tops out at 90% in the status bar under Bluetooth my phone does that too but I figured I'd just like say it's just a glitch in the battery info I've tested the waterproof in the shower and it's perfectly fine other than that it's a great speaker for 18$ definitely recommend ... show more

Absolutely LOVE this speaker! The sound is great and very happy that the volume can get real loud. I have gotten compliments and been asked where I got it. I use it quite often, while showering, when outside doingyard work, etc and around the campfire.

This I'd definitely a "personal" speaker. Not for entertaining unless it's just a small group and you want some background music. I use it while getting dressed or whenever I'm in the bathroom putting on make up or something. So it works for my intended use.

The Meguo A15PRO is a great waterproof speaker with a 6 mode light show that you can see have their own pattern each. 6 patterns. I am gifting two of these to my teenage niece for christmas so they can true wireless pair and be twice the fun in separated stereo. Each speaker is stereo on it's own but with two one can expand the range of sound with twice the power and double the light show. The sound is clear all the way max with range and depth with that of a 20 watt speaker. Does it sound like a Sony SRS-XB32? No but two of these are $150 less than the one Sony speaker. Good over all sound that can get loud without bass going through the walls that some may find bothersome. Connection of two speakers is simple. Press and hold power buttons on both units at the same time power them up together then press and hold the bass button on either 1 speaker and they connect two eachother then connect to the desired Bluetooth enabled device of your choice by clicking on A15 PRO device name. It's that simple. What's in the box? The speaker, charging cable, carabiner clip, and user manual. I bought carabiner clips because they were not mentioned. Oh well more for me.. If you want a good sounding affordable speaker that you can buy two of for outdoor use and is rated IPX7 water & dust proof with fun factor light show.     • Cheap but a waste of time for everybody involved.
This had decent sound, the lights are completely stupid. This worked for about 3 weeks then just would not hold a charge, so now it is useless. Even with it plugged in, it still would not work. I had to take it to the UPS store in heavy traffic to return it. Selling junk is just a waste of time for so many people. It puts on a light show when working, WHO needs a light show from a speaker? I would prefer a better battery, over this gaudy, senseless "feature". I saw this as needless visual pollution and is mildly annoying. A simple on/off light is really all that is beneficial. They include operating instructions, but for a different model. Does anybody know of a simple speaker that actually works? ... show more

Update: Seller reached out to remedy my circumstance. I greatly appreciate that. Updated to 3 stars. When it works, sound is very good. Perhaps I encountered a lemon. Well, it's been a difficult 4 months, but now it's over. It just won't turn on anymore. It was good at going to sleep when not in use, then powering down eventually. But turning it back on has been a nightmare. Sometimes it comes on in 3-4 seconds. Sometimes 30 seconds. Sometimes 60 seconds. Now, never. It was a fairly good sale, so not out a ton of money. Can't believe how much it is now. Is there anything good? Sure, the sound quality was pretty good, in this price range. The LED light ring was nice, about 7 different patterns, many for me were too flashy, but the last one with gradual changes was very neat. It connects easily by bluetooth. The speaker was for my desktop, so never really tested the battery life. The buttons were a bit tough to push. When it turns on, goes to sleep, powers down, the sound was a bit annoyingly loud. Now this speaker is annoyingly dead, won't power back up. So at the higher cost I see it at, it's up to you to risk your money. I took the risk, and lost. And the battery life now, well, very poor. 4 months of painful ownership, would not recommend. ... show more
