It came super fast and was VERY well packaged. It took me a bit to get through all the layers. It comes with a extremely cute and thick protective case. I feel as if it'll be safe if I dropped it on accident or if one of my young children got ahold of it. Theres a place for you to attach a carabiner (it also comes with one) for easy carry and travel. It's fairly compact so it shouldn't take up much room in storage. It is also lightweight even with everything in it. The instructions are well detailed and clear. They even come with pictures and numbers that keep me from getting confused on what is what. The headset itself is ajustable, Sleek and very comfy. Everyone in my family is able to wear them no matter the age or size of their head. While testing them out I had one of my children scream while I was listening to music and I couldn't hear her. When I attempted to scream myself it came out as muffled. While idle things are still muffled however I can understand what's going on around me. I kept my phone in my house while roaming during a call and not once did I lose connection, even when I went to get mail. The person on the other side stated that they heard me clearly during the entire call. The buttons are very simple to understand what does what and there is no chances of me messing with my settings on accident unless I put actual pressure on the buttons. The buttons are on the side of the headphones where your fingers dont roam to while fixing the headset. I really am not exaggerating when I tell you that this is one of the best purchases I've ever made. It's safe to say that I am obsessed with this product. In the past I have had three different pairs of air pods that have gotten easily lost, destroyed, or just stopped working. I was sick of spending hundreds of dollars on such a flimsy and overpriced product. I wanted big headphones that sounded just like air pods and matched my style perfectly. These well priced headphones were my ticket to happiness because they were everything I've ever wanted and more! I mean the sound quality is just as, if not better than the apple head phones. My one complaint is that when you call someone on said headphones the sound is very muffled on the other side. I personally don't mind because I don't regularly call with headphones on but if you're that type of person I might want to rethink that. They are pretty comfy, especially for the price and I think the quality is good. They aren’t super amazing quality but, again, for the price decent. I bought two pairs of these and one of them had something break inside. It still works but I can hear it sliding around if I move around at all. The most annoying thing I can say about this is that when your battery gets to 25% it beeps every 30 seconds to warn you until it dies. I literally timed it. 25% is such a big chunk of the battery life I don’t understand why it has to start beeping at this point and it is annoying to know I have so much battery life left and now I have to charge it. ... show more

I love these headphones, for the buy, it is totally worth it. I took it to the test not believing it had a 40-hour battery and it does. As a night custodian, I listen to music, podcast, and audiobooks for at least 5 hours a night and I push the battery to the end and sure enough it did last long. It also has the option to plug in a jack so I could listen to anything once the blue tooth battery was down. I recommended the price. ... show more

I was gonna return this, I got it to use it for running my dnd campaign on discord. The mic sucks, I sound super muffled and my players have a hard time understanding me. So I was gonna return it but the sound quality I get from it is actually really good, they're pretty comfortable, I can get pretty far from my device without it disconnecting, and the battery lasts forever. I'm glad I kept them to use more as my at work headphones. Also the folding capability is nice and they are more durable than people give them credit for. ... show more
