The strap is still very new, no loose threads. The zipper also works smoothly, making this purse easy to use. OMG so very pretty this thing! Someone just needs to revamp it. The zippered opening is too small to get ur hand or a normal phone into/out of. The lining is just awful because it is made of LATEX. Yes, as in Kim Kardashian catsuit-Latex. That doesn't work for a purse lining. The bling is gorgeous though so too too bad. This one hurt me to return. ... show more
