I always assumed that skates for a low price would be bad quality. My daughters skating competition was coming up soon, and during a practice, her $350 skates broke! My first thought was Amazon because I know there is fast shipping and the competition was in 2 days. I hurried to find some nice skates but these were the best price I could find that would come in time. They came right in the wick of time and looked gorgeous. My daughter was so happy! They were much nicer looking than her old ones though not as good quality. for $50 skates they were a good deal and almost as good as my $350 skates. Definitely, recommend! ... show more

The product fit well and was a really cute skate, my daughter was very happy. After 12 uses however, the blade broke off the heel of one of the skates. Amazon helped me return the product, but I had to pay a $7 restocking fee on a product that wouldn't be restocked. It's disappointing. You are better off spending more money on a good pair of ice-skates. The blades were so crooked that they were causing the ankles to turn in so bad to the point you can't even skate properly at the cost of ankle sprain and knee pain.

    • Broke After One Sharpening!

I bought two pairs of these skates (one for each of my daughters). I brought them to the ProShop for sharpening the next day and the blade came apart from the boot on one of the skates. The ProShop explained that the construction of the boot can sometimes cause this issue. Disappointing!

the shoe look nice, but it is not as firm as some other shoe. It's broken in line and not able to support the leg.
