  • looks like wood
Size: 17.7'' × 393''
The adhesive quality is slightly stickier than a post it note. If there are any defects on the wall this paper will not hide it. It looks very good close up. Matte finish and wipes clean easily. It can be re-positioned multiple times but because of the thinness, you need to be careful about how much force you use when pulling on it. If you've ever applied window tint you won't have many issues applying this wallpaper. The easiest way to work with a material like this is to make sure the piece of wallpaper is larger than the area to be covered and then trim to fit with a razor blade. Cutting the paper to fit and then applying requires hand coordination I do not possess (why torture yourself trying to do that?). Also, because of the thinness, be very careful applying pressure in an inside 90 degree angle. You cannot force the paper with any tool sharper than a finger tip and even then the paper split multiple times. The upside is that the black color and matte finish makes patched in pieces virtually invisible and matching the grain when placing multiple sheets next to each other does not need to be precise. The wallpaper has zero stretch so turning rounded corners will require snipping the paper into thin wedges and pressing each wedge down in sequence. For the price it was totally worth it and the color makes dramatic changes to any room. One roll covered a small bathroom cabinet and both sides of a bi fold door with some left over. Measure the areas you want to cover (Length x Width = Area) to make sure you order enough and always order more than what you think you need to compensate for math errors ... show more

  • Exactly as shown!! Easy to use!
Size: 17.7'' × 393''
The only thing I would change is the thickness because it is a little thin but I love how easy it was to put up and how easy it is to peel off without hurting my walls. Made a huge change and if I get tired of it I can peel it off!

  • Not like normal contact paper
Size: 17.7'' × 393''
Pros: thick and the texture is great for hiding seams. Looks great and the texture is 3d instead of printed. Goes a long way - I covered a small table and two filing cabinets with little bits left over even after messing up a couple times. Handles being sprayed with cleaner after installation. Not quite cons but things to keep in mind: this isn't like your normal contact paper - you really need something like a hair dryer to help apply it. This helps with both adhesion and flex. Cons: if you DON'T use a hair dryer, likely to crack around corners/edges, and will be bubbly. Doesn't like to stick to things like the bottom of furniture legs. Make sure you use a hair dryer (heat gun might be too much?) when applying. Go slow and do your best to pre-measure and plan out your sheets. Use the grid on the back for reference. ... show more

  • Beautiful, easy to scratch
Size: 17.7'' × 118''
I have used this for several projects now and REALLY like the wood texture. If you're covering something in an area where it's not very likely to get scratched, this is the product for you. I would not recommend this for a kitchen table or countertop, but it looks great on my cabinet doors and end tables. The texture is pretty forgiving of blemishes and issues on the surface beneath rather than accentuating them the way a smooth peel and stick would. Works best on smooth surfaces. I recommend additional adhesive if you're covering something painted. Also do not use anything too narrow, hard, or thin as a tool in applying this, as it WILL tear through. A rag or cloth mitt works well to smooth it out. ... show more

  • Non Stick
Size: 17.7'' × 118''
Great texture and wood-like print. I am really upset that this does not stick to the bathroom wall because it looks amazing. Might work best in dry area's.

  • Super fragile - difficult to use - doesn't release wrinkles
Size: 17.7'' × 118''
I intended to cover the tops of shelves that were part of a mobile computer stand so it was necessary that the product lay flat and without wrinkles. The product was difficult to unroll as it was stored/shipped on a roll that was about 1-inch in diameter. It would not release it's shape. After unrolling the product and trimming to rough size, I attempted to back-roll the sheet to get it to lay flat so it could be more easily applied. After doing this, I noted small wrinkles throughout the sheet as shown in the pictures. I began applying the product to a shelf about 11.5” x 40” starting at the narrow end. While most of the material laid out flat as expected, the wrinkles shown did not disappear. In fact, additional wrinkles appeared. I gently lifted the material several times in and attempted to ‘work/stretch’ the product to remove the wrinkles, but they always seemed to return. And, as gentle as I was lifting the material, it was so thin, it would tear. Finally, after several attempts to get the product to look right, I finally gave up. But before removing the sheets that were applied, I wanted to test the durability of the product. I scratched the surface with my fingernail, slid a keyboard back and forth across the surface, ran a mouse around simulating use and finally placed a monitor stand on one of the shelves. In all cases, there were marks left on the surface that could not be removed. It is my opinion that, although this product appears to be made of vinyl, it is not suited for everyday use on furniture or counter tops as stated in the listing. Although the product does have great adhesion and looks like real wood-grain, it is too thin and fragile to be used in a location that may have any physical contact after application. The best description/comparison I have for this product is that it is a self-adhesive contact paper and should be used as such. ... show more

  • Gets the job done
Size: 17.7'' × 118''
I had ordered this because I had gotten a couch that had tan colors legs. In order to match my office, I wanted the legs to have a black wooden look. I wrapped the legs with this product and cut off the excess and you'd never know that they didn't come that way! I also did the same thing for a small ottoman that I had ordered. I will say that it feels kind of flimsy as you're putting it on and I can't really attest to its durability, but for the price, I would say it is worth the purchase. ... show more
