Everything I have to say about these are Birkenstock Sandals is positive. I’ve had these for about two weeks now and I know it’s safe for me to say I can wear these all day long without any knee pain or back pain. They are so comfortable and easy for me to walk in; and it’s great to be pain free from areas that have been hurting you for years.     • My feet do not hurt anymore!
My doctor actually referred me to Birkenstocks for my arch issue and metatarsal issue ( with a side of your pain from recent plantar fasciitis). The company instructs you to wear these a minimum of two hours a day the first few days to allow your feet to become accustomed to the support. I found that.: 1. The pain in my heel from the plantar fasciitis was gone after a couple of weeks I tried to sneak back to my regular sandals, and the pain came back. Switched over to my Birkenstocks, Pain was gone the next morning. Wow!! 2. No more metatarsal pain no more ankle pain no more hip/ back pain! I believe these all were issues relating to the metatarsal and arch. 3 I was so reluctant because I thought this would be clunky , Hippie shoes, but I was inspired by the new styles, which have dinner straps, and looks super cute. I have since bought two other pair, and I am loving them! 4. My doctor was correct, these shoes have resolved My issues! Highly recommend for anyone who has metatarsal, plantar fascitis, fallen arch, or hip and back pain. Love these shoes! ... show more
