Don't waste your money! We've jammed it several times (yes, we followed the directions too!). We have only had it 1 day and already frustrated with it and had to take it all apart to fix. The money lock on the bottom wouldn't open with a key...we had to rig it so it will now open. Never again!

This is a large capsule machine that holds a lot of prizes. Even though it is large, it doesn’t overtake my classroom countertop. It has been great and used multiple times a day without any issues. It is easy to fill and remove the money. My only issue is that it requires 4 quarters to make it turn instead of the two it is supposed to take. Also I have to shake it sometimes to get capsules to fall lower in the machine. ... show more

The machine itself is great. Had an internal part for the coin mechanism already broke. Contacted the company directly and they were able to send me a replacement part for free. Got the part and the gear and the wrong teeth. Luckily I was able to swap it with the other coin mechanism. Works like a charm now. After reading some of the other reviews it looks like the broken coin mechanism is defective. Worth the risk considering they will send out a replacement part for free if it is broke. ... show more
