I’ve been looking for a random AoT Survey Corp cloak just for giggles to wear on bike rides, snowboarding, and hikes; looking for some form of coverage and also unique to see in those activities. This product is 100% about quality. I would have paid for more for it. I didn’t expect such quality from the price listing. This is the best I could’ve hoped for the intended purposes. The cloth material is like a hoodie/sweatshirt material, warm enough to keep you decently warm if wrapped like a blanket. The embroidery is great; I’m sure you can wash it multiple times without the print breaking away. The emroidery could’ve been thicker, but with that the price would’ve also gone up by at least 40 IMO; I couldn’t be happier with what it is for the price. Even the button as far as details go is a conscious choice; it’s sturdy and large enough where I’m sure it’ll withstand a little bit of speed from my intended activities. The placement of this button is also accurate to the source material. I’m 5’5 and got XL which is right about my butt. If you reference the show, some characters have it the same, some have it shorter. I’m happy with this size. It’s up to your taste how long you want it. Awesome product. I can even use it as a comfort blanket when I binge AoT episodes and put to life my inner Weeb and be part of the action! ... show more

material feels great, embroidery on the back is solid, super warm and comfy. Wouldn't recommend for rain, but great for cosplaying or ren fairs in the cold.

The patch is large and in proper proportions compared to the anime/manga. It's sew on with a single line of stitching, so you'll want to reinforce it if you plan on using it more than on just special occasions. The cloak is the same material as a cheap hoodie. Not a bad quality, but not something rugged like a Lord of the Rings style Elven traveling cloak. The neck fastens with two buttons; one large, one small. It's fairly easy to button the large button, but the small one is about as fun to fasten as the little buttons on men's dress shirt collars (and it's about the same size button as well.) I would suggest replacing one or both of them with rivet fasteners. Maybe not cannon, but definitely less hassle. ... show more

This is without a doubt the best AoT cloak you can get ANYWHERE online right now. Other brands have been sold out for months or they are way overpriced. This is the ONLY cotton-based cloak and the ONLY one with actual embroidered wings of freedom. You can tell this is the one to get because other Amazon vendors stole this products image to be used for their scammy low quality tarp-crap. Some minor criticisms: The color is a just a tad light compared to the show but totally passable and unnoticeable in the dark. I ordered two and one of the embroideries had some minor imperfections but the other was pretty much perfect. Both embroideries look centered. The big thing to be aware of is that if you are 5”9’ or taller GET THE XL it doesn’t matter how skinny you are. Pictures are me in the XL at 120 pounds. To be accurate to the show you want the cloak to go down just a bit past your booty. Also, my friend is probably about 5”6’ and stout and the XL fit him better too. In short: the XL measures just one inch bigger/longer than the Large so if you’re getting a large you might as well just jump to XL because it’s better to be over than under. Or just order two sizes and send one back like I did lol. It’s warm, it’s soft, has a good weight to it (not too heavy or light). Going to a cosplay rave with this so we’ll see how it handles the hot sickness. ... show more

Like the other comments say the material is thick and warm, like a hoodie. I’m 5’4 and I got the XL and it falls just below my butt (I do have a longer torso). If you’re an AoT fan this is a great price for the quality.

Large fit just fine. I’m 5’6 170. Length was just right. Quality is very good. Cloth and embroidery is good. Not the cheap cosplay you usually get.
