Have not had issues with them like I did with others I used. My slate of doctors, even my dermatologist approved of them. I even started my mom on them after her doctor reviewed them and approved use. Capsule size is average for this type of vitamin and goes down smooth. Taking with food is suggested if sensitive to vitamins. Only issue was product is not readily available in the 90 day supply so had to cancel the subscribe and save and ordered year supply direct from company website. 4* because of the awful nausea... it's really bad. Eating something with the pill helps that but there have been a few times I've forgotten. But I don't have to chew it and I only take one a day. So just have to remember to eat

My bariatric doctor prescribed a brand of vitamins that required me to take 3 at a time. They were horrible! The odor permeated the room as soon as I began to unscrew the lid. There was no way that I could put those dudes in my weekly pill sorter. I wanted to retch every time! These are better! Taste gross(like iron) but I'm not throwing up every time! One quick swallow and I am done! Also, the other brand was so horrible that I wouldn't take them and began to lose my hair. It's back now growing and healthy! ... show more
