These couches don't have recliners or little table inlays, like our last 2 sets did. We felt a little "off" or lost without an easy, safe spot for remotes/phones, until we got this. It's adjustable & sturdy as it says. (I don't leave coffee mugs on it like the photo normally but I wanted to give perspective for sizing. You could though!)
