I’ve used this at the gym and really swear by it to tone my abs. The construction of this ab rocker isn’t great. After assembled, it didn’t sit flush to the ground is a bit crooked. I know I assembled it correctly because you can’t really do it wrong. The head piece is too flat so I had to use a pillow on top of that. The arm area is too long which made it a bit awkward.
