I got this product because my cat was going to have a spay surgery soon and I'm not at home every day to monitor her after the surgery. I want to know how she's doing by herself. I have been using this product for two weeks now and I am very happy with the purchase. Simple installation, easy connection to local wifi and Bluetooth on my phone, and the instruction was very clearly provided. The size is also very small to fit into my cat's feeding area and has a modern look. The box that came with it can even be assembled into a cat house! It's very stable and my cat loves it! Cats are usually very sensitive to sound so I was worried my cat would be scared by the food dispenser. However, I tried the auto dispenser and it barely has noise if you already have food in the bowl. She figured it out almost immediately! I set up her feeding schedule in the App and it dispensed perfectly. Although the dry food must be smaller than a certain size in order to go through the dispenser, the size requirement is much bigger than most dry food on the market so I don't see that's an issue. The bowl is stainless steel which is better than plastic because plastic sometimes causes feline acne. I mainly use the monitor function because my cat is a picky eater and she only has one kidney. I need to know when and how much she eats and how much she drinks. The camera detects the cat very accurately and moves with her to make sure she's in the camera so that I can see her. Even when she's not in the camera, I can move the camera angel in the App to see my room. My cat is also very needy. The camera has a laser light that can be turned on on the App. That being said, I can play with her even at work. The App gives me a detailed diary of her daily activities such as eating time, playing time, and many other activities. And I can watch the activities replay on demand. I can also watch her live, talk to her, and hear the sound in my room on the App. Overall, I'm very glad I got the device before her surgery so I can monitor her these days. She likes it too because it gives her something to do while I'm not at home. ... show more
