This is a small treadmill perfect for me. I can no longer run however I use this six days out of the week, mostly for walking, however I can jog on it. It is perfect for my needs. As far as I'm concerned, it has paid for itself in the short time, I have owned it in helping me accomplish my physical goals. It's not a heavy duty treadmill. It fits a certain niche.     • Terrible Customer Service. Never Worked.
Amazon delivered the box to the wrong address. Had to pick up and this is a heavy box. Treadmill did not work out of the box. Belt never moved and it started to smell like it was burning! Contacted Amazon to return and they informed us that this was 3rd party so we had to wait for the manufacturer. Manufacturer issued return label that required us to take it to the Post Office and pay for shipping. Shipping costs are almost the same as the price. Do not buy this! The treadmill is very sturdy for it’s size…I purchased it because I’m having back issues and it’s perfect for walking exercise if you can’t get outdoors.. My only complaint would be that the side arms are a little low for my liking..but otherwise, a great purchase for the money..
