This unit is good priced small unit. Easy to install. Takes maybe 15-30 min. Very good use of power unit only uses power when you require hot water. No leaks. Solid build. Make sure you install all required parts. The prd the two washers and the limiter airator per the instructions. Failure might be the reason you may have issues. ... show more

Will not heat water past Luke warm and that's even at low water flow. If you actually read the owners manual it states that it will not heat water if the supply water is at or below 50 degrees F. My water supply is not well water and its 80+ degrees outside.

Very expensive to get connected. I bought this particular model because it is supposed to heat water down to just above freezing, it does, but VERY slowly. Not really worth the extra expense.
