The ASprink portable thermal printer has made my work much easier. The printer is easy to use. The mobile app pairs the printer to your cell by Bluetooth. You can be 20 or 30 feet away from the printer and still connect. Unlike some of the other portable printers you can adjust the size of the paper or labels your printing on. Working onnthe road is much easier, the size of the printer and the wireless feature make it most convenient. It prints faster than my ink printer and the print is bold and clear. I am using this small and portable inkless printer for my own personal use when I'm traveling around. For me the construction of the printer could be a little stronger. The price of the portable printer is reasonable, and I do feel worth the investment. I was impressed with the efficient wireless printing capabilities. The portability was a big standout feature, making it suitable for my travel printer. The print quality is commendable but could be better in my option. While I do feel there is improvements to be made in the construction that could enhance its durability, the print quality, portability and reasonable price make it a good choice for me. ... show more

For me, portable printers are often carried, but rarely used. I carry them because not having a printer can still be a show-stopper. Laser printers have strict power requirements making them unreliable when running from a modified sine wave inverter. Inkjet printers will be dry when it is time to use them. I guaranteed that this will happen when you are in the most dire of print circumstances. The thermal printer just needs some thermal paper. This is a very handy and convenient printer for on the go. This was easy to setup and start using. The app is the Phomemo app that is easy to navigate and use. Start up instructions included and simple to follow. This is a thermal printer that does not have an additional printer cartridge. The paper is on a roll and easy to replace.     • A Few Flaws In This Printer

Thermal transfer printers have some good features. Like others, this one doesn’t rely on ink cartridges, and instead uses special thermal paper for the print to appear. This printer is also lightweight, compact, and convenient to take along on trips. It also easily connects to laptops, phones, and Bluetooth after downloading a special app—all good. This model in particular changes paper size widths so other things besides letter-sized documents (labels, smaller sized paper etc.) can be printed but only with the proper thermal transfer paper. I also found the two interior wheels that hold the paper roll in place to be very flimsy and the directions don’t say how to properly re-install them when taken out and replacing the paper. I also dislike the sharp row of teeth that cuts the paper roll—it’s sharper than the ones on aluminum foil boxes and is actually dangerous. And like most other thermal transfer printers, the print is never as dark or legible as cartridge printers. Still, for a back-up on the road, thermal transfer printers are good enough for small tasks, but there are better ones than this particular model for about the same price or less. ... show more

After a few unsuccessful attempts, I was able to get the Windows PC to install the M832 Printer Driver and print. The quality is good. This is a very functional, practical and convenient small printer. Its portability goes a long way, to be ready and able to print anywhere. Having a portable printer is such an entrepreneurial must-have item. This is good for on the go and during travel for low printing needs. Great contracts, etc. I like everything about this portable printer, most importantly the fact that the paper is already situated inside making it easy to use and go right to print.
