When I first received the printer I noticed right away that it is very sturdy, not a cheap plastic like some, the packing was excellent and the first chance I got I was anxious to get it up and going. I did not understand one part of the installation so I called the owner. He was incredibly patient, walked me through the entire process and even told me how to fix one little glitch I had. My new beefy printer is up and running and I am ecstatic at it's printing, reliability and speed. You can certainly spend more, but why?? This is a fantastic printer. I replaced my DYMO 4XL label printer with this Arkscan one. I’ll admit I was a little acepto because it’s not a name brand I’ve heard of. The reviews is what made me take the chance and purchase it. I’m glad I did! The setup was a little confusing (as far as downloading the application) BUT, the customer service was available right away to walk me through it. I love my label Arkscan printer. I use it every day. It works perfectly. When Windows 11 recently updated, it threw out my print driver and so I contacted tech support. Mark was my tech and he was excellent. I am very pleased with the quality of the printer and the quality of the support. I would highly recommend this product! ... show more

I've been using this printer since 2020 and have never had any issues. Works great, quality printer. I needed their support to install it on another computer, something was missing, and they did it by accessing my computer and fixing the problem for me in no time!

Few days in with this printer and it works even better than I had hoped. There is free software to print labels for anything from retail products that require a bar code to anything else you can think of. Shipping labels Can be printed using your vendor’s software. Mark from Tech support is fantastic and fast. I use this machine with waterproof labels I purchase from onlinelabels.com These type of labels last longer than traditional labels. These printers have been absolute rock stars in our production environment! Printing hundreds, even thousands of labels daily for over a year. We purchased them as a more affordable replacement for our failing Zebra printers, they've outperformed our expectations, printing faster than the Zebras with excellent quality.     • Great little lable printer, but...
This thing works great, at a fraction of the cost of those other names like Rolo and Dymo. Even the non network version of this printer can be set up on your network, just need a PC that can share the device, or have a dedicated network print server. Easy enough to do if you've got a little knowhow. Otherwise, it's just plug n play, everything works. The only issue I've had with it, is jamming and ripped labels. I'm not sure if it's the paper, or the printer, or both. Labels perforations are just a little too strong, so it occasionally tears into a lable corner when you rip it off. It jams up once in a while, if you haven't used it for a few days. I'm thinking this is a label issue as well, so I'll be trying a different brand of labels soon to see if it changes anything. ... show more
