So far so good! I'm a little worried what it's going to do to my electric bill. Use to have an inground pool,this can't be that bad. It's is relaxing,and is helping me with some muscle and joint pain.and my women likes it too!

So we bought one and it was missing parts. The company was awesome and sent out parts plus some. Very grateful. It only last one summer last year. So this year we set up the other one. It’s been set up for less than a week and it doesn’t heat up past 86 degrees. I’ve checked everything and made sure we used a brand new filter. Nothing is blocking anything. Just doesn’t heat up at all. As much as I appreciate the company for sending out a whole new one last year I wouldn’t suggest buying this brand. If we can’t get it fixed, I’m just going to buy a different brand. ... show more

    • Don't waste your money!
Within a week of receiving this hot tub in late March, the control panel started shorting and eventually quit working. Now it does nothing. And of course the replacement process is overly difficult, if not impossible. So now I have a giant bathtub in my back yard just taking up space.
