I ordered 2 phones from this company. 1 came in good the other would not charge. Sent it back and had then send me a new one. Got the new 1 in and the speaker didn't work in it. Contacted and asked if I could get another one sent. They only let me send it in (on my dime) wait for it to get there so they could refund me and have to repurchase phone. These were Christmas presents for the kids to say they are disappointed is an understatement. I expected better service and concern for our problems. My daughter got this phone for Christmas. We have not been able to add this device to our carrier. The device sent, is on Verizon’s block list! My carrier will not add the device until the seller reaches out to Verizon. Buyers please be aware!
