We absolutely love Antimo Caputo Flour! My husband is very sensitive to gluten products here in the US and gets very sick when he accidentally eats something with gluten. We had heard that European flours are different from US flours, and they were right! My husband can eat this flour with no issues at all. We use this brand of flour for all our baking needs, and it has been a game-changer for us. I also buy the Chef's Flour, and both versions are fantastic.   • WON'T USE ANY OTHER FLOUR

I used the Caputo 00 Flour for the past 3 pizza making sessions and I won't use anything else moving forward. I've tried other flours but this one seems to work best for me. I use a 70% hydration when making my dough and I really need the gluten to develop and this flour does it for me.
