This device is a joke for charging the Apple Watch. It charges at a rate of 0.8 watts, which is laughably bad. Do not waste your money on this as it won't charge your Apple watch at a rate that is at all usable. I've had mine on this charger to test it and it's charged it 1% in two hours.
