These are really great sticks. My cousin and I use these for our home Pound workouts. The textured grips were a surprise bonus. They really help keep the sticks in your hands when they start to get sweaty. I think they may be slightly heavier than the regular Pound sticks but that just means you are getting a better arm workout, right? ... show more

Yeah they're good drum sticks and they'll last a long time, and the weight is correct.... but they are BENDY! They have some flex when you swing em. I don't like the feel, but I don't regret buying them. They're good for exercise at the very least. Probably relegated to the LAST emergency backup sticks tho. ... show more

I ordered these for cardio drumming. They are a tad slippery. One of my sticks may or may not have flown out of my hand during class. They do have a textured grip, just have to hang on!
