My husband used the AM side and I used the PM side as it's harder for me to fall asleep than him, and harder for him to stay awake lol this product basically keeps you alert during the day. I feel like this is a substitute for coffee and acts as such, without jitters. A latte usually has around 240 mg of caffeine which is just way too much and can be overwhelming. This product has about 150mg As far as sleep goes it will help you stay asleep during the night. My issue was more to stay asleep than to fall asleep. This product has natural herbs such as ashwagandha to help you relax. The capsules are smooth for swallowing, there's no taste or smell really. I like the quality of this product and i will continue using for now ... show more

The AM portion isn’t a preworkout or super energy pill. It does a good job of waking me up and keeping me at a good energy level. I would take it in the morning after my workout, and being at work for an hour or so. It helped me get back on track and stay focused. Good option for those not looking for lots of caffeine or a long list of ingredients The PM portion is not a sleep aid. It is not designed to make you fall asleep. It helps calm you and make you a little tired. I could feel it kicking in after 30 mins or so. I would start yawning and just feel a sense of calm start to flow through my body. I actually like the product, which is why I'm so irritated. I'm a health coach and I know my ingredients. This has good stuff in it! I read several reviews that said they only got one half of the am/pm set. I dismissed it, cause I'm lame. I liked the product enough to order it again. It took 3 times as long to arrive. It was going to get here 1 day before I left town, so I just going to be patient. It arrived today MISSING the day stuff, which is actually my favorite of the two. So now I can't bring it with me. So bugged. Amazon refunded the money, but that was it. Now I have to reorder it and it will take an additional 4 days... 4 DAYS to arrive. I won't even be in town, so I'm not sure I'm going to bother with this product again. I know there are very high quality products that will offer similar or the same ingredients, so I'll try that. If the quality control is this bad, for orders, I wonder how good it actually is on the actual product. ... show more

I've tried several products from ELMNT but this has quickly taken the top spot on my favorites list. This is my new must have, recurring purchase! AM- I was actually hesitant if this would even work for me because I'm basically immune to caffeine. I was wrong! This gives such a nice clear boost of energy but you don't feel medicated. I've also noticed focus and mood improvements too! PM- Again, I wasn't sure this would work for me because I've done melatonin and hemp gummies in the past. Wrong I was.. again. This helps me fall asleep fast without any drowsiness or side affects. I'm getting deep sleep and wake up refreshed and regenerated in the morning. I've been using ELMNT Health products for the better half of a year. They have never let me down. These are in the same boat. I sleep great, even if it's sometimes only for 4 hours or so. Those hours of sleep are great amd I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go. There is no mid day crash after Taking these. Energy throughout the day.
