The media could not be loaded. The one we owned before was better but glass shattered and couldn’t find same replacement so we went with this one bc we liked that the fire was most realistic looking. But it is really large with the framing and the heater is really loud, not very effective and won’t turn offunless you shut off the whole thing and turn only the flame back on. I’ve owned better ones in the past that worked better despite their smaller size, but it wasn’t too expensive so value for the cost I gave it 3 stars. ... show more

The fireplace looks and works great. The only reason I took off one star is the mount did not line up with the studs in my wall so I had to drill new holes in the mount. Otherwise, the fireplace works great.
