I use this for making pizza, cooking vegetables, onions, garlic, etc. It is not a very strongly flavored EVOO, and that's fine, as I don't want it to overpower the foods I use it with. Unless you buy more expensive "Single Origin" oils, this is what you get with blends. Nine months to expiration date vs. twelve on the ones I bought from the store. My only complaint is the cap, which did not tighten and stop rotating, but would keep going around and around. You want a cap to close tightly to reduce oxidation of the oil, so I swapped bottles with the previously emptied "big brand" one it replaced as that cap closed properly. A bit of plastic wrap and a rubber band would work, but would be messy. ... show more

I have used 'extra light tasting' olive oil daily when cooking my breakfast (and occasionally other meals) for years - always bought same name brand, but one time I ran out and there were Covid-related shipping issues to local store so I tried this Amazon brand product instead - cannot tell any difference at all and saves me about 1/3 of previous cost every time I buy - very happy I tried this and recommend it to anyone looking for a daily cooking oil with health benefits but without a strong flavor (like regular olive oil) affecting their food ... show more

Olive oil is a healthier oil for me that tastes good. I use it a lot with balsamic vinegar for salad dressing or on pasta, as well as in baking and roasting. The larger container lasts and makes it a good value for the money.

I use olive oil for about 80% of my cooking (that calls for oil). There are olive oils that have a more delicate flavor on the market, but they are very expensive. This oil hits the balance between flavor and cost, allowing me to use it for the majority of my cooking needs. It is an excellent value.

i buy and use a lot of oil oil and this was not only great for the price but great smell and taste, some Olive oils when i use have not a good strong scent but this one does and you can taste it well, would buy again and again long as it stays the price lol
