The lampshade is very nice, but it arrived damaged. It had two big dents in it. I was able to push out the dents with only minor wrinkling of the fabric, but the larger wire underneath is bent in and cannot be unbent without possibly ruining the lampshade.

I have a flicker bulb that gives off the effect of a low burning fire or bright candle. I wanted a lamp shade that would enhance and not hide the flicker light. This shade was perfect!

My daughter is trying to decorate her room on a budget and she found this lamp base at thrift store and needed a shade. Due to the patterning on the base, she wanted as simple shade. This was the perfect size for our base and looks super cute in her room. I didn't notice any defects or bending in our shade. This one (the white shade) lets just enough light through and is not see-through like some reviews said. Great value. However, there was no padding in the packaging and it was shipped with another item that was thankfully very light. If this shipped with something heavy and they pack it the same way, it could definitely have arrived damaged. ... show more
