I have two of these wheelchairs. Got one for my 95 year old father . It worked so well I got myself one. They both operate fantastically. BUT my Dad isn’t to good at not crashing his into the wall. He damaged the arm rest. I called texted and emailed “Culver Mobility “.. no answer after weeks. I realized I purchased one from “ Alto Electronics “ I contacted them…. They sent me a new part with just a few questions. I really am thankful for how good the service is. Direct from “ Culver" I got no help. But these are premium wheel chairs.     • Front wheel fell off

The front wheel has broken away from the chair and has completely fallen off. Customer service is a joke. They never answer the phone nor will they return an email. Amazon has attempted contact with this vendor and also have not received a response. I don’t know about anyone else but 1700 dollars is a lot of money to me. I tried to reach out multiple times for a replacement wheel as it’s still under warranty. Can anyone help??? Less than 45 days old ... show more

    • Pros and cons
After an extensive search, I landed here. For the remote control and auto open and close features. The chair quality is very sturdy so far, only used a few times. The down side is: directions are minimal to nothing. The controller on the chair has a loud annoying high pitch beep with every button push. The button combinations to use for opening and closing and adding the extra remote are very tedious. Customer service is via leave a message or email through the chat box. No chat. So I still have NO idea how to open/close of the battery dies. Or how to turn off the annoying beeping. The remote control lanyard attachment hole is at the top of the remote. Very annoying. It is really heavy for a female to handle. But overall ride and safety quality is great. Just wish Breyer directions and customer service was available. No YouTube videos to be found either. Battery life gets us around Disney a full days run. Good thing since I can’t close it if the battery dies. ... show more

Overall, a very handy chair. Nice wide seat. Underpowered for most inclines. Plenty of storage bags. Folds into a nice size, at 65lbs it's a little hard to pull out of a trunk. I still like the mobility it gives me.

Comfortable and easy to use. Folds quickly and light weight. Stows in back of my suv. My wife can lift it in and out. I have a mobility cart but have only used it once since I’ve had this chair. I sat in it several hours at a recent convention and it was very comfortable. The tires needed air as they developed flat spots when in one position for any amount of time. Will fit behind the seat of the f150 ext. Cab. Stands upright with jump seat up. Gets around great but avoid large loose stone. So far about 4 hrs run time . I am 315 lbs and 6ft 4. I couldn't walk more than 30 ft. Has improved my quality of life.
