  • This is a karaoke / party speaker, not a PA speaker.
Size: 12” 2000 Watts
You need to have the right expectations for this speaker. It is a cheap karaoke speaker. It will work for a party speaker, if you have low expectations (an event where music is not the focus). It is no where near the quality needed for a PA system used by singers, DJs, etc. Watch what you get... (-) I paid "new" price, but it came in a box with "referb" stickers all over it. Looking at the packaging and the unit, this was a referb. This one left me upset. This is a cheaply designed unit.... (-) The plastic portion of the knob used to secure the speaker to the stand broke off of the bolt on first use. Before the speaker was fully secured. You get what you pay for. (-) The stand is of marginal quality. It serves the purpose, but is not designed to last very long. Sound quality... isn't very high quality... (-) This unit may consume 2000W, but it certainly doesn't output anywhere near that. Sound levels are comparable to a 75-100W amplified speaker. At an outdoor party with about 30 people on the patio, the volume had to be at 75% to keep the music level acceptable (while still allowing conversation over the music). (-) The sound quality on this is terrible. The horn is loud and harsh (while this improved after about 10 hours of break-in, it is still terrible even now). The sub barely produces any bass. Midrange tones don't exist. This speaker is for poor karaoke singing, not quality audio. (-) Above 80% volume, there is significant distortion and a lot of noise in the signal. It cannot be listened to at or above this level. Bluetooth worked... (+) It connected to my phones, Alexa and other Bluetooth devices. Range with my phones (Samsung Galaxy 9 and iPhone 12) was 30-40 ft before the signal dropped out. (+) The physical control buttons on the back of the unit are nice. It saved me from having to hunt down the device that was playing when I wanted to skip a song. (-) At a range of approx 20 ft, there was some noticeable noise from Bluetooth devices. Below 50% volume, this was still acceptable. Above that, it was very annoying. Some other notes... * The second input is a line level input, meaning you need some sort of external amplification to the signal (unlike the first mic input). Just because it has XLR input, don't think you can just hook up two microphones and have them work. * The remote is about useless. Expect to use the rear controls. ... show more

  • Alphasonik 10” Speaker
Size: 10” 1600 Watts
Great Speaker. I bought it for a college event. It provided a great sound. Only thing I’ll say is, buy 2. Buying 2 will provide an even better experience & sound. But overall, great product and was shipped in decent time. If anyone is wondering the college event, it was for Bloomsburg university Block Party. You can YouTube the event ... show more

  • Better than expected
Size: 12” 2000 Watts
I have been in the music and entertainment business for a long time. I have used all high end brand components and do have my go to speakers, but I needed a pair to deal with the smaller venues that could take a beating and I would not be upset about it. To my surprise, these speakers have gone well above expectations! They really are a karaoke speaker, based on response and tone, but they can handle some heavy use throughout the night. If you adjust the eq properly, you can get a good low response and if you match these with a small sub they can really cause a party to jump off! If you are looking for something that is professional and for a normal kick around system, I strongly recommend this set up! ... show more

  • This unit does have an antenna but it is inside the speaker and requires removal of the back to access it.
Size: 15"
This unit is pretty good. Will play loud, fills our back yard with music effortlessly, without turning volume past 1/2. May upset the neighbors if turned up too much, I try to respect them. I can reach the speaker easily with Bluetooth from 35 ft. Great for streaming music from our home wifi through our iPhones. Has the rollers for pulling around, the top handle as well as side handles are fixed. Has a set of legs if you want to put it up higher off the ground. Has the lights around the speaker if you want that visual, but it has to be turned up pretty loud before they kick in. Of course you can disable the lights by turning them off with the switch in back. Here's a little known fact. Others have commented how poor the FM radio reception is. That's true BUT I have the fix. Based on previous experience I checked for an antenna on the circuitboard. Guess what, I took the back off of the speaker and found exactly what I thought might be there. See the pictures below. Included with the speaker is an antenna but it is all coiled up and zip tied so there will not be reception if you leave it as is. I simply cut the zip tie and extended the wire out through the back of the cabinet and now I have good FM reception pulling in many stations I was not able to get before. You can simply route it out through the back of the cabinet and put the back on. Or do like I did and drill a small hole and have it exit that way. Either way will work. ... show more

  • Output is not close to 2000 watts
Size: 12” 2000 Watts
Product is not bad. It is definitely not close to the 2000 watts advertised. The mic is not loud enough. For a 12" speaker I expected more bass. The horn is louder than the woofer and is noticeable. There is an led strip around the speaker but I can't find or see an option to change the color.
