The lock looks good but the inside handle lock cover is really bad. First, it did not close well, second the screw did not fit, I had to use other screws to secure it. Also, the fingerprint is not accurate, it will work after the 2nd or 3rd attempt. Update: Seller was very helpful and offer a replacement or refund. ... show more

Absolutely hated this lock . Initially I received the lock and it was registered with another user which I could only assume the lock must have been previously owned and returned. I understand why it was returned . After a lengthy process of calling between the app company and lock company they were able to send out a new one which wasn’t any better. It advertises easy installation which is relatively true but the connection to the app is where it got pretty difficult. The app is of poor quality and has trouble receiving any information. I got this lock for my garage door. I was glad the model was very compact and fit my current lock set up. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it didn't come with circular install. I had to buy a door latch mortise to make the rectangular door latch fit. I had ordered 4 of these and after 2 months one of them would not retract all the way when you unlock it with the code or the fingerprint but they reached out to me to either send me a new one free of charge or get my money back. I can't connect to it anymore through my phone and I can't unlock it with passcode or fingerprint anymore. Also I have no idea how to get in touch with manufacturer. This door lock is pretty easy to install. It comes with a card that you can use to cut the exact measurements on your door, which is very thoughtful. The installation is no different than installing any other door knob. With this fingerprint door lock, I'm now able to access my front door without spending time to look for the right key on my keychain.
