    • Very pretty. Instructions lacking. Need Pliers and wire strippers to adjust chain

The fixture is very pretty and the seller very responsive . Be aware that if you need to adjust the chain length, then you will need 2 pliers in order to pry one of the links apart. The clamp near the top did not work so I used a hair grasp instead to hold it in place If you shorten the chain you will also need to shorten the electrical cable which means that you will need wire strippers and a pair of hair cutting scissors since both wires are in a single insulated enclosure, and you have to split them apart … and you then strip them each in order to hook them up to your house electrical cables. The installation and assembley video on Amazon helps a lot. However, the written instructions on how to arrange the crystals are bit confusing… the parts are labeled which helps. Use the written instructions in combination with looking at the picture on Amazon. Especially for the V-shaped Crystal chain. The hanging bracket fit easily into the electrical box in my ceiling … a single person can install this… Takes about an hour. ... show more

I needed a new chandelier for my dining room and saw this and the pictures made it look very beautiful. So I paid the $130 for it, but I should have known that it was typical made in China garbage. It's half plastic, and although the crystals are real crystals, half of them are chipped and scratched up. I would not recommend this ... show more
