The Acure Brightening Facial Scrub is far and away the best facial scrub I have ever used, and I would recommend it to anyone with combination skin or blemishes. I've used everything from Alba to St. Ives to (samples) of Peach & Lily's Glass Skin scrub, and nothing compares to this specific scrub at this price; it is rough enough to exfoliate well, but gentle enough to be used daily. Leaving it on before rinsing, as suggested, leaves my skin feeling more deeply cleansed and moisturized, even before starting my face routine. Over time, I've noticed blemishes and visible veins fade, and my skin feels more even and smooth. All in all, while there *are* good, cheaper options (Alba Botanica's line is great), Acure is not all that much more expensive and offers a better product than many "luxury" brands. ... show more

I really like this scrub. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it may be too scratchy for people with sensitive skin. It works well, just start with a small amount and use a gentle motion so as not too irritate the skin. I think it would be fine on the body for everyone.

I received the product with a huge sticker on the back of the bottle that was difficult to get off and once removed had to buy adhesive remover to get all the sticky stuff off. Listen, if you need to sticker the item place it over a bag with the product inside. Or use an adhesive that is easy to remove. I’ll be back later to tell you how the product actually works. I love a good face scrub that you can feel however I think this is more like scrubbing your skin with sand paper. I am constantly looking for a scrub that is good but won't break the bank. This one has great reviews, but I was disappointed. I did like the clean scent it has, and I do like that it doesn't have parabens and has more natural ingredients. I do not have sensitive skin, and IMO I didn't scrub hard when I used it but my skin was burning after my shower from over exfoliation. It was really rough!!
