Nail Dehydrator and Nail Primer Usage 1)File nail into shape and buff the surface. 2)Clean nails with nail cleaning wipe. 3)Apply nail prep dehydrate to nails and air dry. 4)Apply a layer of nail primer and air dry. 5)Apply a layer of base coat. 6)Curing under U V or Led lamp for 1 minute. 7)Apply a layer of nail gel polish. 8)Curing under U V or Led lamp for 1 minute. 9)Apply the top coat, curing under U V or Led Lamp for 2 minutes.Finish
