A nice firm cushion that suits people who enjoy harder mattresses (I'm one of those people). It decompressed immediately but it takes a few days to fully air out the latex and foam smells, but the smell is not that strong thankfully.

I purchased this a few days in advance of my gallbladder removal surgery. The delivery was great, product returned to its original size quickly and it was ready to use by the time I got home from the hospital. It’s helped me to be so much more comfortable while recovering and get the rest I needed.

When I first received this product I was surprised how small the box was. The pillows are very compressed for shipping (I don't think the triangle pillows should be compressed so much). Your suppose to let it decompress for 72 hrs. It takes much longer and the triangle pillows do not seem to fluff up properly. The four piece set is very, very firm. If you want super firm support, then you might like this pillow set. The neck pillow has no give to it at all, very uncomfortable for my neck, but I do like it for my feet (but not attached to the leg pillow). The back support pillow is comfortable and has good support, the leg pillow is nice. The Velcro does not hold very well. The product seems to be well made and the fabric is soft. This set is not quite what I had wanted but it will work. I am giving it a 4 star rating because it is way to firm for me, has no give to it, and the time it takes to decompress, and the Velcro doesn't hold well. ... show more

I bought the 3 piece and let it sit for about 48 hours. It has pretty much fully came back to size by then but is slightly still wrinkled but I am sure they will go away. I removed my back cushion on my couch and set it up. I have to sit on the pillow seen because of tailbone issues so the small wedge didn’t work for me but I was able to use the other two and lean it up against the back of my couch. My goal for this was to support my neck on a super low couch because I need extra support and this does the job. Having chronic pain, I am always looking for anything to ease my pain and this is helpful so far. It is a little stiff at first but I am hoping that it will be a little less over time but I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a solution like I did! ... show more

Not the most comfortable to sleep with. It’s sturdy and soft at the same time but not plush. It could be softer and mold to the body better but the size and thickness are not too bad. Wouldn’t recommend for short periods as it can be difficult to position comfortably. It’s worth the money though as it comes with multiple pieces that you can choose how to use. This product is a nice option for those who want elevation when they sleep. The pillows come in different sizes that you can craft to your needs. I have used them all and rotate them frequently (cause I never can make up my mind). I would say, if you want to use these pillows, it is best if you have a Headboard that they can lean on. Small head boards will struggle with the triangle pillows leaning on them. So be aware of that . My wife enjoys the smaller knee pillows. So we both get something out of this! If you are needing assistance because of healthy or perhaps you have had surgery, these pillows elevate you well and provide the support you need. Keep that in mind. ... show more

    • Worth Every Penny!
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs that extra support and comfort in sitting in a bed or on a couch. I purchased this after my neck surgery recently and needed to sit up on occasion. I loved that it came with the two detachable cushion long rolls (is what I call them). I have been able to use those for other things when I needed to travel somewhere and needed support behind my neck or my back, those detachable cushions came in handy. The overall unit is awesome! Very plush, but sturdy! Very versatile which I needed from time-to-time as it was hard for me to sleep with my neck brace on, so I was able to use this big cushion to sleep. I like that it comes with a lot of different detachments and the instructional manual is perfect in letting you know ways to use ALL of the items, very helpful. My only thing and it has nothing to do with the quality of the product at all is storage. It's quite a large pillow unit and as I am getting better, I don't need it in my bed any longer and I don't know where to put it, as I still use it on "occasion" when I am chilling on the couch. I wish it came with at least a bag so I can store it and the cushions are not all out in the open if I don't need it! I would DEFINITELY recommend this item to anyone who needs support in sitting due to ailments, trauma, injury or "just because". It beats propping up a gazillion pillows to get comfortable, this is a better way and worth the investment! ... show more
