I really liked this grill. It worked great for pancakes, grilling vegetables, etc. I bought it during Black Friday 2023 weekend and it stopped working in 2 months. Now I have to find some time to call them to see if they can do anything. Argh so frustrated. I miss my grill.

I had trouble with this first use, but the customer service was SO FAST to respond. 90% of the issue was user error, but there is still some question as to whether or not the grill is to shut off when using the temp probe when the food reaches temp or if it continues to run until time runs out...there was a conflict in what I read vs what they told me. All that said, I'm very hopeful all is well because I really like the grill and its features. It's easy to disassemble to clean and the plates were a breeze to wash up. The time and temp were easy to set and once I was clear on how to set up, it worked as it was supposed to (minus the temp probe...a work in progress). It seems sturdy, it's a bit bulky and doesn't seem it can be stored standing up on its back end, so I need a new plan for storage, but it's a beautiful piece of equipment and overall I'm pleased. ... show more

I bought my griddle in July after researching several other griddles. I had the Cuisinart griddler and wasn’t thrilled with it since it just didn’t get hot enough. The Cattleman gets as hot as I need, and it doesn’t cool when adding food to it like the Cuisinart. I love the variable temperature settings which are accurate, that I can use it flat, the temperature probe, and easy clean up. It’s great for cooking bacon with 0 splatter, then scrambling eggs. Salmon comes out moist and delicious. This is also perfect to use in the RV. ... show more

This grill panini press is awesome. I've made a few things on it and it even presses and grills on both side. It opens flat and heats both sides at once I can make a big breakfast on the griddle side of the grates. Flip the grates over and I can grill a steak or make a panini with the top closed cooking both sides at the same time. The grates are easy to handle, easy to install and easy to clean yet substantial. The temperature probe is really helps on my meat, never overcooked. A great product for me. ... show more
