First off 72 and 240....big guy! Right out of the box this bike impressed me! Actually, before then. Box was in perfect condition. After going through an ebike assembly (first one) I finally got to the the ,"launch point." Put on my silly looking helmet, ("I remember first time I got shot out of a cannon.") and got on. I was stunned! Owning over the course of my life a Harley, snowmobiles, jet skis, 12 boats, vet, 2 convertibles, etc. got off 7 miles later. Bike was everything I expected and more! 1. Price ...a steal, coupon/delivery 2. Power... penalty 3.Looks....very cool 4. Battery....10 miles, lost one bar. 5. Assembly....very easy Not a big reviewer by no means but after 10 miles zero problems! Highly recommend!!! ... show more

I’m going to leave my original response here because of the problems that once were here incase anyone wants to see however, they have helped a lot The customer support with this bike is fantastic. With the front tire issues, the squeaking issues, and the seat issue. All of these were either reimbursed or placed to get another one. I’m grateful for the customer service and the support given for this bike as i use it almost everyday. Overall i’d give it a 3.5, it covers the basic parts of a e bike of this price. a torque. PAS (only 3). Some parts of the bike feel tacky but it could be my inexperience of building e bikes. the front tire is the biggest issue. sometimes it feels loose and then i’ll have to fix it. i don’t feel safe with it completely. although it only comes loose when hitting the ground from a drop. Some pros include: similar to other brands of e bikes for this price. very fun and lightweight compared to others. a beep and light. the lights are very bright and the beep is loud. the packaging is very nice with enough padding so everything would be safe. a good speed for flat and hills. from 20 on flat with either torque or 2/3 PAS. and with hills to a 11-15 with torque. the peddling on this bike has the more advanced features. for example when peddling harder it’ll go faster then just normal peddling. the PAS and torque both activate quickly and torque does not need a certain speed to start. sleek and nice design, so not a lot of space needed. included all tools. the cons: beep and light are right next to the monitor and for me it’s a bad design since my thumb might hit the beep when reaching for the up or down button. the breaks for my brand new bike are already squeaky. the video (on youtube) and the manual are different from each other. from steps to build the bike, to actual pieces just being different. so anyone who’s new to e bikes it’ll be kinda hard. the seat is very uncomfortable for me and when put on to the bike, it wasn’t made correctly. i had to take it apart and fix it myself. the shipping was pretty slow with it saying in CA for 6 days and the box arrived with rips and bending. (although nothing to bad). the chain from my brand new bike will not go lower than a 4, i’m not sure why. with only a couple days with the bike i’ll see how good it’ll been in a week or so and update. ... show more

The bike was sent with a bad/crooked weld in the forks so I couldn't use the front brakes at all. The brake caliper would not fit over the bad/crooked weld on the front forks. The battery kept getting very hot to touch. It was not fully charging. They offered me a new charger but I never received it. They sent me a free cup holder which I did not need. So now the bikeis not working and it doesn't run at all after 34 days 😒 I do not recommend this bike at all. Nothing but issues. Poor quality ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Purchased two for myself and my wife. Both had slightly deformed metal where the front wheel fits into the forks, but they worked. Also, the lcd came installed upside down. This is because the buttons should be close to the grip but I believe it was designed to be placed on the left, because when on the right, in order to be right side up, the buttons are away from the grip making it harder to get reach the buttons with your thumb. It's not the end of the world but it takes some getting used to. They charge up fine and run for a good long time. They are fast. There are actually four modes, 0 is no power but the electronics are on to track speed and distance. 1-3 charge the amount of pedal assist. And the throttle is always on and doesn't matter that mode is on. However the throttle is subject to the gear ratio, which means in the lowest gear you get quite good acceleration. We ride once our twice a week and LOVE it. We'd get around five miles in around an hour or on trails near our home and it's fun fun fun. ... show more
