With the proper steps, a final, snug fit should result. Step5: Make sure you align the edges of the front piece and the back piece, and then gently press the rim seam to let the front bumper properly and snugly nestled in the back cover. Q: How to quickly install this 3in1 case? A: A 3in1 case such as this may occasionally require a few attempts at installation to get the hard bumper and the silicone cover to sit just right together. If you feel it is hard to install the case at first, please remove the case and re-install it. A few attempts may help to make installation easier, for a best, final fit.

I would have liked it better if it was part of the actual case.. there are gaps around the corners where the protector doesn't fully cover the phone and the case doesn't either on the front screen, like they sent the screen protector for a smaller phone..the buttons do line up perfectly ..and again the color is awesome. Really liked the colors and pattern, it wasn't slippery, and it wasn't too bulky. The buttons were a little hard to push but not too bad. I admit I dropped the phone a couple of times and, although the outer case stayed intact, the inner turquoise plastic frame fractured in multiple places. As I knew I had dropped the phone, I ordered the same case as a replacement because I liked it so much. However, after just a month or two of using the new case I've noticed the inner plastic frame has already fractured the same way - even though I have not dropped the phone. As a result, I will now look for a different case that will hopefully be more durable. ... show more

Case arrived on time. Looked as expected. I had it for two days and between how tight it is on the phone and first time I dropped it the plastic frame on the inside broke the hole bottom part apart. It was held in place with the soft outer case but if I took it off it would completely come apart. Very disappointed because there are not a lot of options for the A71 UW version. ... show more

The plastic cover that went on before the case broke in the corners within less than 2 month period. Then i noticed more cracks in the plastic the longer i had it on my phone. When i took the case off my phone the plastic piece completely broke. Other than that the phone case itself was not the easiest to get on because it was a tight fit. I love the look of the case. The edges are slightly higher than the screen and the camera so that's great. I don't even know why they make case that don't have that feature so good buy on that note. However the plastic is not good quality. The first time my phone mistakenly fell the plastic frame broke. The case is still on my phone and it stays on but it is broke. I'll eventually buy another but it's hard to find cases for this phone that I like. The pattern has not rubbed off on the back don't good. But durability is more important than the pattern so I am sad about that. ... show more

Phone case does what it needs to do. I like that it has a front plate and the back is more jelly like so it has good grip for such a big phone. What I don't like is that the front face plate messed with the edge feature a little. I had to move it over to the left side to get it to work. The screen protectors that came with it were too small. I could take off the front one with the case still on. The camera ones were the same and didn't cover the whole lenses. ... show more

Case fits my A71 uw very well, but the glass sent with the case does not fit (too short) and doesn't work well with fingerprint scan. I do like the case though, but recommend buying a separate glass for the front and also the rear cameras. The case does allow room for those which is nice
