Works great. Only thing I do NOT like is I have to empty it multiple times a day due to I can not hook up my regular drain hose that I used on my old one cause it does come with a small thin hose but I have to find an adaptor to fit the drain spout and the water tank is small ish but it does its job it’s quiet and easy to set up ... show more

Very easy to get started and effective. We have used cheaper dehumidifiers in the past that did not collect much water. This is so far, the best dehumidifier I have owned and collects more water than I had expected. Easy to use. Definitely recommend for the money.

We bought this a couple months ago after we had some water in our basement and moisture that wouldn't go away. Plugged this in and hooked up the drain hose,and the moisture was under control within a couple days. Now I leave it plugged in, so we don't have these issues anymore. I purchased one of these for my bedroom. It did a great job, so I purchased another one for my office and another for my garage. I'm very impressed with how well it does in the garage. It is a three car garage in a very humid area of the country. This little guy keeps the humidity pretty low in there. I use the hose to automatically drain into the floor drain in the garage.
