I had this tankless installed by my plumber and electrician. Both of them trying desperately to change my mind. I live alone, I like hot showers and the only other appliances (living in AZ) don't require hot water due to the temperature. After 2 months I got a code E2, had that fixed and when I turned on hot, it appeared again. It never changed after that. Yesterday, I had a 40 gallon Water Heater from Rheem put in. For those who think this is tankless is a miracle, sorry, I thought so too and will never go back to tankless. The Antuony is now in my trash making it's way to the trash can. This is not meant for home use, only for under sink.

I purchased this item to replace a leaking hot water heater in my RV. The water tank had developed a slow dripping leak. I was little apprehensive when I order it because I was not 100% sure it would work. This thing works. I have hot water to my shower, bathroom sink, and kitchen sink. No more 7 minute showers. No more waiting for water to heat up to shave. This is the best upgrade I have made so far. Keep in mind that you have to run a separate power line for the unit. You can't just plug it into your RV 110 receptacle. It works for me.

Bought this for our camper. It draws too much power and isn’t able to heat water from a hose to a warm enough temperature. Probably better off going with a tank heater that can slowly warm water overtime.

I recently installed the Antuony 4500W Tankless Electric Water Heater under my sink, and it has been a game changer. The instant hot water is incredibly convenient, and the LCD touch screen makes it easy to adjust settings. However, I was disappointed to find that it doesn't come with a bracket for hanging, which made the installation a bit more challenging. I also didnt see no remote control. Despite this, the heater's performance and efficiency have been outstanding, providing consistent hot water on demand.

When I bought this house, I was so excited that there was a tankless water heater installed. It seems that everybody tells you about how wonderful it is never to run out of hot water, but the thing that they always forget to mention is that if the tankless water heater is far away from your bathroom or your kitchen or anywhere that you plan on using hot water, you will waste a lot of water running it until the tankless has time to heat up the water and send it down the line all the way to your faucets. That's exactly what has happened in my home. Thankfully. I live in Florida, so our cold water is not as cold as many other places, however, in the winter time our temperatures do dip down into the '30s, so in the morning it would be nice to have hot water to be able to shower with and not have to run the water for a good 5 minutes from the faucet before we see hot water. For me this amounted to a huge amount of wasted water. Not to mention frustration. If I ever just walk into the bathroom in the middle of the day to wash my hands, it's always going to be with cold water unless I plan on running the faucet for a good 3 minutes before some kind of hot water comes out. Therefore, I got this on demand under the sink water heater. This solved the problem of having to wait for hot water from my tankless all the way on the other side of the house. I'm pleased to say that this item has solved all of our problems and it's so nice to finally have hot water in the bathroom. It's very small and fits under our sink inside the vanity cabinet, and there's already power there so that works out. It was very easy to install the whole thing completed in less than an hour and I don't consider ourselves to be plumbing experts by any stretch. I haven't been using this product for that long but so far I'm very pleased with the performance. Like I said I get hot water almost instantaneously, and the heater is so quiet I can't hear it inside the cabinet. If I would have known that it was this easy to solve my hot water problems I would have done it a long time ago. I am at this point strongly considering getting a second one for our kitchen because our kitchen gives us the same issues.

I really just have a hard time with some of the tankless hot water heaters on Amazon, especially some of the lesser-known brand. These point of use ones are probably not as bad, because its not as big, but its still big enough to cause some damage is something goes wrong. The real issue is the fact that it doesn’t have any safety certifications on it. If you are a homeowner and something were to go wrong, you might have issues with your homeowner’s insurance covering the cost of damage if they determine it came from a device that had no safety certifications. Outside of that issue, its not a bad 110v tankless hot water heater. It has a nice display and is small enough to put under a sink. At 4500w however, that is about all its going to run. If you do end up getting this, I would recommend installing cutoff valves and easy connect ports to hook up a clean out pump. Tankless hot water heaters require regular cleaning maintenance to battle any kind of mineral deposits clogging and making it have poor performance. If it had a safety certification or two, I would say it was a 5 star product.
