When I bought this house, I was so excited that there was a tankless water heater installed. It seems that everybody tells you about how wonderful it is never to run out of hot water, but the thing that they always forget to mention is that if the tankless water heater is far away from your bathroom or your kitchen or anywhere that you plan on using hot water, you will waste a lot of water running it until the tankless has time to heat up the water and send it down the line all the way to your faucets. That's exactly what has happened in my home. Thankfully. I live in Florida, so our cold water is not as cold as many other places, however, in the winter time our temperatures do dip down into the '30s, so in the morning it would be nice to have hot water to be able to shower with and not have to run the water for a good 5 minutes from the faucet before we see hot water. For me this amounted to a huge amount of wasted water. Not to mention frustration. If I ever just walk into the bathroom in the middle of the day to wash my hands, it's always going to be with cold water unless I plan on running the faucet for a good 3 minutes before some kind of hot water comes out. Therefore, I got this on demand under the sink water heater. This solved the problem of having to wait for hot water from my tankless all the way on the other side of the house. I'm pleased to say that this item has solved all of our problems and it's so nice to finally have hot water in the bathroom. It's very small and fits under our sink inside the vanity cabinet, and there's already power there so that works out. It was very easy to install the whole thing completed in less than an hour and I don't consider ourselves to be plumbing experts by any stretch. I haven't been using this product for that long but so far I'm very pleased with the performance. Like I said I get hot water almost instantaneously, and the heater is so quiet I can't hear it inside the cabinet. If I would have known that it was this easy to solve my hot water problems I would have done it a long time ago. I am at this point strongly considering getting a second one for our kitchen because our kitchen gives us the same issues. ... show more

I recently installed the Antuony 4500W Tankless Electric Water Heater under my sink, and it has been a game changer. The instant hot water is incredibly convenient, and the LCD touch screen makes it easy to adjust settings. However, I was disappointed to find that it doesn't come with a bracket for hanging, which made the installation a bit more challenging. I also didnt see no remote control. Remember that Input temperature + gallons per minute = output temperature I ordered this because we didn’t have hot water in our rv. Before it arrived we figured out what was with our hot water tank and fixed it. Ok so great I have hot water in the rv but now how do I at least test this tankless heater? Let’s just say I am a resourceful person, my ideas don’t always work out the way I hope but sometimes I do get it right. For instance if a storm knocks out the power I bring on the solar lights or the rechargeable lights from the pool. If I can’t find a hair clip I use a clip that hold my orchids to the support stick, I run out of transparency film for my projector I cut a piece off of a clear plastic tablecloth that needs replaced anyway, etc. We just replaced the liner in our pool and was using the garden hose to fill the pool. The temp of our water out of the faucet was 62° , it would take half the summer for the pool to warm up. I have this tankless heater that i need to test so why don’t we run the hose to the tankless water heater then let’s run another hose to from the heater to the pool. That way if it works our pool water will already be warm. We needed a couple of fittings that we already had in the garage. The water going in the heater was 62°, heater set on 94°, water coming out of heater 84°. The listing says at an input of 62° @ .8 gpm output should be 116° Why am I still giving this 5 stars when the output temperatures differed so greatly? The temperature guide is rated at .8 gpm however a garden hoses output is anywhere from 9-17 gallons per minute. I’m not sure where ours falls but nonetheless less it is way more than the recommended gpm. We had to use different fittings to make it work for the garden hose, so it’s obvious it is not intended for this use. It still worked and I think the results were great. I will keep this as a back just in case ours decides to stop working again. This is easy to install and setup. You get “hotter” water instantly. After reading this review you should scroll up to the image of the United States map and you’ll find all of the temp information you will need, use it as a baseline. All of those play a huge role in the variation of temperature I would recommend this tankless heater ... show more

This is great! We are using it in the basement on a bar sink. We don't use a lot of water there, but wanted the option of having hot water. We didn't want to run a hot water line to the bar so this was the perfect option. The unit is under the cabinet and works great. The water is constant and it is perfect for the single area. I would recommend it! The instructions weren't that easy to follow, but we had some friends who knew what they were doing and it was installed in a flash. ... show more

Setup was fairly easy, got it to use in our camper, didn't get to test it ahead of time and what a crap surprise to discover it was junk all the way out in the woods. I disregarded all the bad reviews, please do not make the same mistake I did.
