Everything but the edge that's created is fine with this screen protector. Easy installation, transparency, etc, all good. The bad news: the edge it creates around the screen when it's installed. First of all, the presence of the edge allows for small areas of air under the screen around the extreme perimeter. Not a problem really, but esthetically unpleasing. Secondly, I feel that edge every time I swipe the screen. No big deal? Well, it is to me. Thirdly, I see that edge every time I look at my phone! Here's this beautiful sleek phone (for which I paid the earth) marred by what I consider to be a tacky edge around the screen made even more visible by slight air bubbles under the screen. Bottom line? If you aren't bugged by the edge, then this is an excellent product. If you are bothered by the edge, then your unhappiness won't fade. Get a different screen protector. ... show more

    • Can't use onscreen fingerprint scanner
Supershieldz are always good screen protectors,its what I've always got for my phones,but I recently got the note 20 an ordered these,and something I didn't think about is the on screen fingerprint scanner,this doesn't seem to work with it,as of right now I can't use it with the screen protector, I'm going to look into it an see if there's a setting I can turn on to help or maybe there is specific screen protectors for on screen scanners,either way be careful EDIT: I actually can use the fingerprint scanner,but it doesn't seem to be as quick,maybe after it sits and has been on for bit longer it will work normally,not sure ... show more

    • PURCHASED WRONG SIZE
Well, I think this would work if I had purchased the correct protector. Ordered for Note 5G, not Ultra. I had already opened the package and tried installing it. It adhered easily. No lens protector. Since it was my fault I kept it. It teaches me a lesson. Buyer beware and look before opening.

You can't use the fingerprint reader. But it protects the screen. I feel that is more important.

    • Small dont cover the hole screen
If you line it up with the cut out for the front facing cam you will have 1/8 of a inch gap on bottom. Plus the glass dont wrap the glass it just sits on the flat part hanging over just enought to catch on something in your pocket. Thunb print does work but you have to hold it for 3 to 5 sec to where with out its instant ... show more

Not compatible with fingerprint reader. Even tried to readd the fingerprint and now I can't even do that
