The media could not be loaded. Good quality wooden boards, will do nicely for art purposes or maybe some household needs. They can be used both ways: either you need the frame or just a plane surface. They made of light and smooth wood. My mom works with resin sometimes, so I think she can use them for her hobby. The first ones I ordered were fine. I just had to sand them a bit and give them a good coat of gesso, and then they were good to paint on. The next ones I ordered arrived with flaws, uneven texture, and grooves. I have had to sand them and basically spackle them to get them to a usable state, taking hours. These frames are nicely made, but it would have been nice if the measurements had specified what part of the frame was actually 12x12 inches. I purchased these thinking that the measurements were for the inside of the frames, but its actually the whole frame that is 12x12. I have a 12x12 ceramic tile that will not fit the inside of this frame. Other than that the frames are nice, looks like I'm going to have to look elsewhere ... show more
