I use my phone a lot for appointments and reminders, but I cannot go without a physical notebook as well. This daily planner is just what I needed, and wanted. What I like so much about this daily planner is that is a great size to put in my purse, or just carry around with me. My new planner measures 8.5” by 6.3”, which makes it an A5 size. There are plenty of pages for each day to write down whatever appointment, or reminder, that I have. I am pleased that it has a hard cover, and that it is spiral bound. There is even a double sided pocket in the back, along with an elastic band that keeps the planner closed when I’m not using it. I need to also mention that the price is wonderful. ... show more

At first I was thinking this is decent for the price. The cover is harder than many in that range, though did arrive a bit bent. Within minutes there were fingerprint stains all over it. Not a good look. This actually takes away from my purpose of keeping it in my purse, as it looks gross now. If it was for home use only wouldn’t be AS big of a deal. Not great though. Though the cover is decent the binding spirals are not far enough in. My worry is that the cover will weaken at these points. This could be a durability issue for the pages and the cover. The spiral itself is decent when you push against it. It only feels flimsy when you push it up or down. The inside is nice. There is a section to put your priorities for the week on top and the week of the month is highlighted at the top which is nice. The font chosen is nice. I appreciate the tabs to easily flip to the month needed. There is a quote for each month, which would have been great but fell short. Could have chosen much better quotes. There is a section for notes in the back and a clear pocket sleeve. I appreciate the elastic band that you can use to close it or mark the week. Overall, the size and features are great for taking with me in my purse. However, durability is a big question and the binding and cover are the issues I have with it. ... show more

I needed a simple, basic planner - nothing fancy, but sturdy. This one absolutely fits the bill. The cover is stiff, not floppy, it is nice looking tool. The interior has everything I need without all the stuff I never use. The month pages have enough space to make short notes, and the daily pages enough space for my needs. Plenty of room to write in weekly planner, handy tabs, contacts pages (because if you're going for paper, why not have a record of that stuff you otherwise need your phone for), plastic pocket at the back, and the spiral binding allows you to open it completely (covers touching) without problem. Pet peeve - putting Sunday at the end of the week instead of the beginning where it belongs, but I think they all do this. A little more purply than I was expecting. ... show more

This planner has plenty of room to write in without hogging up your desk space. The burgundy cover with gold emboss and brass spiral binder makes this look much more high end than the actual price tag. It's got monthly tabs, quotes, everything you need and more. You can look for an A5 planner that is both nicer and cheaper than this $6 one... but you probably won't find it. ... show more
