These are very easy to use and are great for under braless tops and dresses. However, I would definitely size up. I got the recommended size for my cup size, and I wish I got one size larger. The bras have great stick, and they do a good job at lifting and look flattering.

They went on easily and stayed out. The adhesive wasn't irritating. The only issue I had was that my breasts are wider than most and it wasn't the best fit. If my breasts were normal shape, I firmly believe that they would have fit perfectly. They gave me the uplift I was looking for.
