I love these! We had been using the mats the manufacturer sells, and like those a lot, but 8ne feature was missing. I track the starting weights of my freeze dryer trays, then weigh again when they come out of the freeze dryer. I have some worksheets to write that info on, but I am forgetful, and often don’t get that info written down in the rush to get food onto trays and into the freeze dryer. It’s so much easier to weigh the product and write that info on the parchment paper. If I forget to enter it on my worksheet, it’ll still be there as I remove the dried food from the tray. I can actually reuse these mats both in my trays and between my trays. Some of them get stained depending on what I put on the tray and those I discard but the ones that just have herbs on them I can reuse. I like that.

These are definitely reusable! I’ve baked twice since receiving these and they work well in an oven and my toaster oven. No smoke! These are definitely going to last for longer use over time

Perfect size and doesn't stick!! As far as the paper goes, it one of the best I've used! My only complaint is they come folded in 1/2 😔 So I need to place under something heavy for a few weeks to hopefully press the big roll out of the middle. If not you have food/candy moving all over the place from the big lump in the middle of the tray from it being folded. PLEASE, PLEASE use a larger bag so they don't ship folded! ... show more

Inside of Harvest Right tray is 8 3/8 x 19 3/4, Outside of trays is 9 x 20.5. You will have to cut or fold every single one. In all fairness they do measure as described however, the statement "Compatible with Harvest Right freeze dryer Trays" lead me to believe these would fit, they do not. 3 Stars because the dimensions given are accurate, I should have read and measured everything. ... show more

These sheets are bigger than the large Harvest Right tray so they are hard to manage. It might be okay if you were baking with them, but for use in a freeze dryer they’re not great because the excess paper catches on the tray rack.
