I ordered this system in March 2023 from Amazon and installed all eight cameras outside my residence. One camera is located over 100 feet away on a detached building and the signal is as clear as the cameras close by. Setup was easy but I still have some bugs to work out, mostly on my end. I have a 19" monitor hooked to the system, but I can only get one camera on my laptop computer and nothing on my phone. Again, it's probably something I need to do on my end and will likely seek tech support when I have the time. I purchased this system to replace an older system which was starting to have problems. From the arrival of the set of 8 cameras, everything went very smoothly. The installation was easy, directions were clear, and the system is very reliable. In fact, I liked these security cameras so much, that I purchased two additional cameras, since the DVR can accept up to ten cameras. I did have the opportunity to contact Customer Service as I had a few technical questions. They answered very promptly and provided clear instructions. On the extra cameras, one of the adapters was not working, Customer Service immediately shipped out a replacement with a very fast delivery, at no extra cost. I bought this system (wireless... big mistake), but the system I bought is NOT the same system they are showing in these photos... I have had nothing but problems since buying this system... No sooner buying this system, I get my order & get it all setup, week later they come out & replace the Amazon site with the better system (better cameras, 2 antennas on each camera & upgrade DVR box etc...) For the longest time I would get a message on my screen where it said, "No HDD" (hard drive) (see 1st photo)... Once that issue was resolved, I would get another message that said "HDD Not Formatted"... Reached out to support, it took over a year to get this issue somewhat fixed... Support then dragged it out to where the warranty expired, then wanted me to pay for this & that etc... NOT happening... Now I am having "Night Vision" issues... On a few of the cameras, the night vision LED lights don't light up which makes it so I can't see those cameras at night until there's light (See 2nd & 3rd photo)... I bought wireless thinking I wouldn't have to deal with all the wires... Wireless is the worse idea ever... In their description of this item, (I never knew until reaching out to support) after receiving item and getting it all setup, that the wireless system works on 100mbps... I have the best internet out there (Verizon Gigabit), no matter what my internet is, the system only works on 100mbps... So due to that, cameras go in & out all the time...System freezes... Camera videos skips, freezes then fast forward to normal speed... Doesn't matter what I'm watching it on, (phone, tablet, PC or TV (which is connected to)... Cameras disconnect & reconnect from the internet multiple times a day (5th photo... which is very annoying) I downloaded the windows app for my PC to have my cameras up, multiple times a day (which is very annoying) I get a blank screen (see 4th photo)... It's very annoying... I paid alot of money & I should NOT be having any of these issues... For this price this item should be working PERFECTLY... When I contacted support, not only did they drag this out past warranty expiration date, but they also kept replying with the same exact message every single time... People buy security cameras to help protect their homes etc... Reasons like this people will get hurt and NOT have the proof they should have known they have security cameras... I will NEVER buy anything from this company again & I will make sure my friends or anyone I know don't either... I bought 3 $20 Walmart wireless camera & they work ALOT better than these cameras have ever done... I'm a disabled American... Funds are limited... I should have known better... For ratings, I had to give 1 star due to the fact It wouldn't let me give it 0 stars... I can & will say, when I first bought these security cameras, they worked great... It's just sad that I spent alot of money for a product that doesn't work like they say it does... It's also sad that this company doesn't stand behind their products & this company doesn't stand up for this product... All I want is a security system that works 100%... Not a system that works when it wants to & I hope is working if & when something happens... Update: August 21, 2023... One month later (after leaving last review) now one of my cameras have a bright white screen (last photo)... It's just ridiculous, that I'm having problem after problem with this security camera system... This company stands behind their product, but NOT enough to make things right for the customers... For the amount of money I spent on this security system, I should NOT be having any kind of issues... I just want to be able to make sure my family, vehicles, house & property etc. are safe... Bought to replace another system, which bit the dirt. Cameras are great. Software is good, but could selective camera playback, with reverse action. Other than that, software is easy to use. I have another 8 camera system which I will have to replace before long, and will probably buy another OHWOAI system. ... show more

Hi, I though i should stop here today and write a review for this product, i often don't do this not because i don't like to but i usually don't have time except when am really pissed off on a product and the support is not will to provide solution to resolving issue. But this review is totally different because its an honest review on this product. I have bough this camera for eight months now so this give me the time to understand the product and provide my feedback. We needed external camera for our new home so started searching for a product that will fit our needs when we found the OHWOAI Security product, we love it for the fact that is can record with audio and also have the feature to connect speakers which can be use to communicate to visitors when you're away from the house. The installation was pretty easy as the in-built antenna just connect to the NVR system in less that a minute. The settings is extensive enough for all you would need for detection including motion. The part that i find more interesting is that the recording is colored. I have had friends and my neighbors asked me of this product and i have recommend OHWOAI security product to them. I will recommend anyone looking for Surveillance Video Security System to go for this Wireless Security Camera System because it have Built-in Antenna & AI Human Detection, also come with 1 TB HDD with cloud storage and the price is pretty fair for product like this. ... show more

These are by far the best cameras on the market. I bought some over 3 years ago that are just as good as the day I bought them. I'm getting these for my Dad's house cause I can watch in real time that everything is ok with him. There's no better camera system out there

This is a great stand system that was easy to set up, great video quality and very easy to use the playback feature. App on phone is simple to use as well for remote monitoring. Would definitely buy again!
