This super comfy memory foam topper is so squishy and conforms to my body. It hugs me all night. When I go to bed with a stiff back, after a nights sleep on this foam topper my back is pain free. The only down side is that because it is so squishy it takes a little more effort to get out of bed. That is something to consider if you are older. At first I wanted to hate this. It was hard compared to the previous one I loved but it became to soft as it got older. So at first I realized my arms weren’t falling asleep when I slept on my sides. I always put my arm under my pillow and they would hurt. That doesn’t happen anymore. And then I realized I was sleeping almost all night on my back. It is very firm at first but as you lie there it forms your body. I’ve had mine about 4 months. It’s great. Now we do have a king mattress and this hangs over about 4 inches so you may need to cut. BUT I found it gave us 4 more inches more of bed and when a dog sleeps between you it’s nice. The fitted sheet still does fit, just not that perfect with the extra inches. And I did have to buy a new extra larger king comforter, but I needed it before buying this mattress pad anyways. Now we both have tons of covers now. ... show more

It was bigger than our bed, and when I tried to get in the first time, I ended up falling out of the bed. It hung over the edge of the mattress by about 3 inches. Update: after several weeks I wish I hadn’t spent the money. I wake up in so much pain, worse than before I bought this. After awhile you just make an indent in the foam and wake up miserable. Honestly it's just okay. Not as cooling as you'd think, not as much pain relief as I had hoped. My hips and knees are a bit better, lower back too. But my upper back, no, I'm still in as much pain as before I put this on my bed. No smell though and expanded in less than 24 hours. ... show more

It's been a couple nights and it does relieve pressure. I love sitting on the bed with it. Personally the 4 inch makes for a great base and a softer pad on top would make it for anyone. It is soft but dense. Which is what I wanted. I haven't noticed any cooling affects yet. I would recommend this though and I am keeping it. I decided it will go in the guest room with 2 inch soft cooling foam on top and get one of those bamboo cooling sleeping covers. I wish I got this sooner for myself. But I already got a hybrid and it would be too high. It is true to size and goes a bit over the edges which is awesome. P.S. I would recommend the 2 or 3 in this topper for pressure relief and comfort. The 4 makes it so you can't feel the mattress underneath. But it's all up to you on what you want. If I knew about this sooner I would have gotten the 2 inch and the down comfort fitted sheet. But I'm happy with this since, I didn't know I wanted it for something else till I got it. 🥰 ... show more

I ordered the 4” Queen. I received this early, packaging was good, I unfolded it (it was about 2” compressed) and turned on the ceiling fan, stepped away for about 20 min and it was already almost full size (has to ‘inflate’?) The photo reflects after 20 min. Within a hour it was ready to use. It has a small amount of chemical smell but the ceiling fan dissipated it , it’s a bit firm but that’s what my husband wanted, it’s not the softest foam so I ended up putting my older 3” foam on top of it to soften it a bit but I think I’ll order a pillow topper for the top of the foam. My back pain is gone though, woke up refreshed, has good sleep, minimal tossing and waking. Might update this review later but night one was good. Bought for ~$100 worth the money. I don’t think it’s as cooling as one would hope but I wasn’t sweating overnight and I’m a hot sleeper. ... show more
