What makes this style of faucet so unique is the height of the faucet and the swivel head on the faucet this is great for washing your hair in the bathroom sink also for washing hand washed items as well. This item was also priced below the price when I went into many of the local brick and mortar stores. It’s a decent faucet and drain, at best it’s a minor upgrade to contractor grade in condos. It works, looks decent enough, but overall feels flimsy. You’ll likely need a reducing washer for the drain to get a tight seal from the drain to the P trap pipe.
